A series of outdoor education classes geared toward continuing education of teachers and other professionals on intriguing subjects such as “Flying Wild” takes place in Montreat on Monday evenings from February 27 through May 1, 2017.

Classes rich in environmental education theory and hands-on practice are being offered at Montreat College, one of the eight entities of the Montreat Landcare Committee. Dates and topics include: February 27 and March 6, Flying Wild; March 20, Project WET; March 27 and April 3, Project Catch; April 10, Project WET; April 17 and 24, Project Learning Tree; May 1, EM*Power.
